Orkut is very famous in the countries like india, Brazil, US and now it's growing day by day. On january 24 Orkut has turned 6 and with the over 80 million friends worldwide. In this 6 years so many new features has been added to the Orkut like lastly added the new skin to the orkut and the chat option. But now here is a very major update. Orkut has introduced a new feature of " video and audio conversation "

It is a major update from orkut to the orkut users because before only chat option was available and for audio and video conversation we were needed to use other options like google talk or other, which was not available in the browser. But now within your home screen of Orkut you can do audio and video conversations.

To enable the video chat in orkut you will need to install this small plug-in from here.

Plugin: Orkut Video

After installing the Plugin you can see small camera symbol within your chat popup screen as shown. When you have enabled your camera, your friends will see a small green camera icon next to your name in chat lists.
To start the voice or video conversations, just simply click either the voice or video icon & chat with your friends all for free via orkut.

Now if you wants a larger view after starting the chat, you can pop-out the window and make it bigger.
